Paul CochranCEOProfessional: Paul has been in the construction industry for 27 years, 8 years as a manufacturer representative and 19 years as a superintendent/contractor. Paul began his career at Dealers Warehouse in 1987, a wholesale building products distributer in Knoxville, TN. After six years as a territory sales manager, he made the transition form selling building products to using them. He partnered up with Lowell McDonald to establish McDonald~Cochran Construction in 1993 to build residential homes. After several years of a successful partnership, he began Legacy Builders in 1999 building custom homes, developing subdivisions and building speculative homes. After some lean years, Paul and Lori restructured and renamed the company in 2014 and Cochran Construction, llc was born.
Personal: Paul and Lori Cochran have been childhood friends, sweethearts, and each others high school prom dates. They have been married for 26 years. They were married in 1988 and began their family of six. Spencer and Maycie are biological children and Abbie and Saxon are adopted from Vietnam. Paul and Lori were born in Knoxville in the mid 1960’s. They grew up in East Knoxville going to grade school, middle school, high school and even the University of Tennessee together. |
